Nice location close to Overton Square..walking distance. Clean and owner was very helpful.Easy transaction.

Us being older and climbing stairs was the only thing but everything else was fine.

The home is very large. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. It is also in a nice neighborhood, very close to Overton Park and Overton Square. We appreciate that it had 2 parking spaces.

There wasn’t much in the kitchen if you want to cook. No salt or pepper, etc. so if you are planning on cooking make sure to bring what you need. Not many dishes or silverware either.

Roomy, three bedrooms and three bathrooms so lots of privacy. Small snack as welcome is always nice. Lots of nice places to eat within walking distance. Awesome directions to get to and into the property. Last but not least, hosts were very responsive to inquiries.

Unit could use an upgrade. Mattresses were old and sagging with crunching springs. Owner says he’s going to replace them.
