The property is dated and could use a good cleaning.

Good location

A little tired. The couch in the main room is very low and difficult to get up ,( especially with knee replacement) .Just needs a little finishing , ie curtain rail in main bedroom , falls if you try to draw curtains as no stops and pole in 2 halves . Some of light / fan switches need replacing .

place was very close to all activities and nice aera ,

condo was not cleaned floors were not swept very sticky , couch was very dirty and dining chairs most of them are broken, beds are noisy and springs poke you,

Really spacious 3 bed apartment right next to overton Park. 3 double rooms were large and well laid out. Well equipped kitchen and utility room. Right near some great restaurants and bars

Beds in upstairs two rooms were quite uncomfortable. May need new mattresses.

Location, appartement size and equipment very good. Just the beds (in the 2 smallest rooms) could be little bit more confortable
