Breathtaking ocean view! 15th floor

The building should have something in place for disable people. my mom is 89 and had to go down 15 floors due to a fire alarm .. so this will me last time I will stay in a high floor . only bad thing.. not the owner fault obviously but it wAs the only bad thing.

Easy check-in, front desk lady was pleasant

MY CAR WAS TOWED after we were given bad directions by the front desk lady. She didn't make it clear to where we needed to go to park in the parking garage. She gave us 23C and it is also a 23C outside across the front that apparently belongs to another resort. Bottom line we parked there and our car was towed on a Friday night, we weren't even given the courtesy to let us know. Saturday afternoon we got dressed for our yacht excursion only to find out when we got downstairs that our car had been towed 14hrs before. They could have told us. We had to pay a large amount and was late to our yacht and lost money and time. The front desk at the Ocean Reserve is at fault. Make sure they give you clear directions on parking.

The apartment was well furnished and included beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys. The kitchen had everything we needed. Location was great, easy walk to beach and a few mins drive to Avetura mall and supermarket.

The building is being fitted with new windows and being painted so our windows were covered and we couldn't use balcony to enjoy the views. Air conditioning was very loud. Receptionist was rude and short tempered. Could have been better info in the room informing us of etiquette for pool use eg no walking in corridors from beach or pool and only using lift 4. Security was not the greatest. Did not require swipe fob for anything and Security guards were always on their phones so took no notice of who was coming and going.

We booked this with a toddler- there was no mention that this building was under construction and it was not safe for a toddler. The balcony was still unfinished and not safe. The beds only had thin sheets, no warm option. There were blankets in the closets but they smelled terrible, like they have never been washed. The air filters by the AC vent looked black like they haven’t been changed in months- not safe for a toddler. There were not enough bath towels and there were no floor towels for getting out of the shower. The water in one of the showers did not get hot. There were only 2 trash bags and 1 roll of paper towels. Not enough for a 4 night stay!

The apartment is very good, the spaces are good and it is cozy. The balcony is under construction, it hinders the experience of the view a little, but nothing that is harmful.

Unfortunately I had problems checking in, I believe it was an oversight on the part of the advertiser. When I got there, I queued for about 15 minutes to check in, the doorman told me that there was no reservation for the house. I spoke to the advertiser who asked for time to correct. After about 15\20 minutes he said I could follow. I joined the line again and when I entered the house, the entire house was dirty and filled with other people's items, such as clothes and health items. This was quite frustrating as we had just arrived from a 4 hour trip and were very tired. I arrived exactly at check-in time at 4pm, but cleaning only ended at 7pm. As the cleaning would only end at 7pm, I went out to eat and voted at 9pm, and I had another problem with car parking, where there was a car in the space and unfortunately I didn't get along well with the doorman. I believe that parking is very difficult to access and it costs nothing for those checking in to better guide people. Only later on my own did I discover that there was a video teaching how to stop. In other words, if there's a video that teaches you how to stop, it's because it's really not easy to find... in short, I missed the first part of the trip due to these delays. It may not seem like it, but those first hours of accommodation after a long trip ended up causing a lot of problems for me and my family.

Both showerheads leaked all day and night

The location was excellent, the apartment had plenty of space, kitchen was fully equipped, we had plenty of towels for shower and beach, the building hada a nice pool. Overall it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The lobby received all our packages and the staff was very polite and helpful with everything we needed.

The bed sheets were too small for the bed. The floor wasn't too clean.
