Breathtaking ocean view! 15th floor

So, The host told me that the location was in South Beach which wasn't true and I had to Uber 35 minutes everywhere. In addition, after we left the host tried to say that we burned the couch however the couch was like that when we arrived. I was there February 1st through the 4th and I asked for a picture showing me the couch was not damaged prior to me getting down January 31st however the host kept showing me a picture from January 1st stating that I burned the couch however he could not supply me with a picture from January 31st dating that I burned the couch .. This was my second time staying at a Airbnb and because the host tried to hustle me out of more money I didn't like that. When staying at a place you want to feel comfortable and not that someone's trying to take advantage of you. I told the host check the cleaning ladies because it was already like that prior to us getting there. However the host still wants to blame me and try to hustle me out of a couch that I did not damage. Please if you are staying here please be careful and read this review!!!! I don't want anybody else being taken advantage of. He tried to tell me that his couch was $280 bucks . unfortunately I had to block him. Hopefully this review will help someone else.

The property is in a great location, it’s very safe and within distance of grocery stores

It’s a bit of a drive to Miami but that was known when we booked it.

The condo is large and loved that the balcony view was of the marina and beach. It was lovely watching the yachts go out from the bed. The view from the balcony was great too. We also loved that we could walk right across the street to the beach and that beach location is fantastic. Sergio provides chairs, but you could also rent some on the beach. The condo comes with pots, pans and full size appliances. The bathrooms are great as there are 2. The pool was very nice and the water was warm. Wish we had spent more days here. It was great and loved the location.

The one and only thing was having to find a way to get the deposit to Sergio. Luckily he was gracious enough to pick it up from my mother in law. But he also provided alternatives, but booking from Canada can makes things complicated. But now that we know that we have an option that works for us, we would definitely stay there again and get my family to handle the deposit for us.

I like how they had the beach chairs and umbrella in the room for you to use. Everything else was good.

I didn't like that my teenage daughter couldn't go into the gym at all. They need to fix that rule as soon as possible. She was so happy to come there until we heard she couldn't use the gym that was the whole purpose of coming there. As soon as she can use the gym, we will definitely be back again.

It was so beautiful 😍 The whole setup was remarkable we loved it!
