Lovely Remodeled 2bdrm Basement Home

Great location

It is a nice space, with two bedrooms, lots of closets and good beds. The kitchen is well equipped and the furniture is fairly comfortable.

The entry instructions did not tell us how to find the door, so we had to get help from the other tenants. It was very dark and awkward to gain entry the first time. The condo was not quite as clean as one might hope (mostly the bathroom needed detailed attention) but it was basically very good.

Spacious. Good location for metro and grocery shops. Restaurants on 11th street.

Nowhere to hang towels/clothes in bathroom . Mattress are quite lumpy .

Everything was better than expected

Very nice space and well equipped kitchen.

We had some technical hiccups with the electricity. Parking is expensive and 5 blocks away.

Convenient location and spacious property

Stood outside property without the arrival details because person responsible out of are with poor connectivity, so didnt receiver her email. Sink didnt drain waste water and it somehow washed back into dishwasher and leaked all over floor. Gross. Washed our dishes in a wok and threw water down toilet. Reported three times - no reply/acknowledgement.

The facilities were clean and the hey looked as advertised. It was well stocked. It was quiet and convenient to a store.
