The location is excellent! Less than 5 miles from Balboa Park, food centers, downtown, and other tourist attractions. Don't think twice about it, book the place.

If I were to opine negatively about anything, the parking can be a bit difficult at times, but a little patience will always pay off.

Location was great. Space was clean. Beds were comfortable. Upgraded bathroom was nice.

Confusion on the door code and miscommunication with hostess. No central heating, had to use space heaters which were difficult to locate. Upstairs neighbors were throwing a party and stomping around. Had to call hostess to request that she contact them. Early morning upstairs stomping around. No bottled water in the house to greet us.

We loved the location and having 4 beds for our big family.

NOT clean. There were dirty dishes covered in pasta sauce put back on shelves. The kitchen sink faucet handle kept falling off. The pillows and furniture just seemed a little dirty. We have 4 kids so we aren't clean freaks but my expectations were not met. There's only 1 TV so hard for the family to wind down together. With a little attention I think it could be 5 stars.

Only real complaint was the neighbours upstairs were a little noisy, but nothing the letting agent can be blamed for

location, also that it wasn’t a box hotel, had some character.

my group of girlfriends and I were in the middle apartment and there was SO MUCH space! no one felt cramped and it was easy to keep clean and organized, bathroom is fantastic with a great walk in shower. everything was pretty perfect for us! we used uber/lyft the whole trip and it was extremely cheap, every driver easily found us and took us back, great location!!

the check in time was the only thing I wish we could’ve fixed. I tried messaging the property right when we booked about paying the extra fee to check in early and then again not too long before the trip and I never received a response either time but the 4 pm/10 am checkout wasn’t a huge issue!
