Варіант дуже простий, але ціна відповідає якості, хороша локація, тиха вулиця. В номері був базовий набір посуду, чайник, чай, СВЧ. В цілому дизайн простий, але сучасний.

Розсувні двері в ванну не дають ніякоі шумоізоляціі і відчуття приватності.
