Головна перевага — розташування в самому центрі міста. У номері є все необхідне з техніки: кондиціонер, холодильник, мікрохвильовка та чайник, що дуже зручно.

На жаль, рівень чистоти розчарував: посуд та рушники були брудними. Ліжко незручне, що заважало відпочинку. Також у номері підвищена вологість, душова система протікає та не зручний злив. У номері був поганий інтернет та слабке основне освітлення.
