City Water View Oasis with Pool & Gym near Cruise in Heart of Seattle

It was a great location and the apartment was well stocked, clean, and comfortable.

I am getting very picky here, but a real mug for my coffee, rather than the tiny ones that matched the rest of the dinnerware, would have been appreciated but if that’s the only thing I can find to complain about it really is digging deep.

The location is amazing! Walkable to Pikes Place, Westlake Center, the Piers, the monorail, Seattle Center, the Space Needle. Lots of restaurants nearby. The facility had all the amenities you could want (swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, courtyard, roof top views) and the unit was fully stocked (blender, coffee and tea maker, toaster, lots and lots of dishes and pots and pans, spices, hair dryer, toiletries, etc). It was very safe - you needed a key fob to get in the building and the building had a concierge 24 hrs. The views of the city skyline were beautiful. The bed was so comfy and lots of pillow options.

The sofa bed was hard and there were no cozy, comfy blankets. The ones I found were more like silk/polyester bedspreads and did not smell pleasant stores in an ottoman box. You have to pay extra for parking in the secured parking garage. There is a night club outside so if you are staying on a weekend, plan to hear the boom of music.

The windows did not close fully due to an air con unit and it was a bit noisy

We liked the apartment itself. Kitchen is huge and fully equipped.

The neighborhood doesn’t feel safe. Lots of hangers on day and night but then this is is true in almost all parts of the city of Seattle.

Check in process was stupid. I had to text a dude who was really unresponsive at times about when I was coming and meet him outside. I would've really preferred being able to walk into the place whenever and check in with the front desk. It gave me a problem where I had to meet my friends outside at 2 am since the front door is locked with a key and they couldn't just come up to my room. The garage also needed a parking permit but they really just told me to "not worry about it" but it caused me stress as a towed car would've ruined the trip. The rating on booking.com gave it a 5 star which gave me the expectation of a 5 star hotel but it really is just a furnished apartment building that is being rented out. Think of it more like an Airbnb.

The kitchen was well stocked.

The carpet was old and musty, it just smelled bad. The beds were not comfortable.

We were very happy with the property. It is very comfortable, well located, and has a nice view. The host is very responsive and helpful. We definitely would stay again in the future and highly recommend it.
