The apt was very tired and needs updating. Sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable. Carpets felt sticky and unclean. Overall I’m glad we were only there for 7 hours.

We chose this property for the location

For the price, I expected better! It was very secure but the AC units have been very poorly installed leading to the windows unable to be closed resulting in heavy road and street noise all night!

Location was great, close to waterfront and could walk to most activities. Buses where within a block walk. The kitchen was very well equipped which was a nice surprise. Bed was super comfy.

The lighting could be better, lighting in the bedroom was very poor - could not read by lamps.

Location. Views. Coffee, tea, milk and sugars provided. Security for the entry to building was very good. Lots of dining places directly outside the front door of the building. Male staff at reception desk on late evening arrival very helpful. Female reception staff on desk during the day time very helpful and able to order us a taxi as I did not have use of my phone. Having a washer and drier in the room was an advantage and supplies to do laundry available in cupboard. Size of unit good.

Sofa bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Stain on top sheet. Sink in bathroom took a long time to drain and had to continuously wash the water down it to clear it. Too many dirty stains on the lounge room carpet. Made it feel very unclean to walk on. Couldn't get the tv in the bedroom to work for the first 2 days.

Well equipped and comfortable property. Contacted a few days before with details such as how to arrange key collection.

Sofa bed needs servicing.

Great location, walking distance to countless sites.
