City Water View Oasis with Pool & Gym near Cruise in Heart of Seattle

Good location for us. Within walking distance to restaurants and boarding our cruise ship ( Norwegian).

I talked to manager a couple times during the day to confirm my arrival time ( which was delayed due to airline). On my way to the apartment manager calls to say room will not be ready and I should try to book somewhere else. I had already given the address to our uber driver. I am frantically searching for somewhere else to book in the back of the uber. We had booked this property because we had 3 adults. We arrived at the property and I am asking the manager for recommendations since I have never been to Seattle before. The manager now states we can stay and 1 person can use an air mattress. He said a new foldout couch was to be delivered the next day. Of course we can all guess that that never happened. I would not book this property again. I feel I should have been notified earlier if there were problems. I did agree to stay because finding another place and getting transportation would have been a hassle.

Location was great. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by and not far to walk to Downtown or to the Needle and other attractions. We'll equipped kitchen, plenty of coffee pods but only licorice tea!! Bakery and Italian restaurant downstairs we're good value and handy on a wet day.

The carpet was heavily stained in the lounge and bedroom and definitely needs cleaning. Well worn furniture with large lamps in the bedroom falling apart. Strong smells in the bathroom ranging from curry to Marijuana every day and a bit old fashioned. Noisy on the weekend as 2 clubs nearby and sounded like someone upstairs was renovating.

Due to a change of plan we only stayed here one night but it was wonderful. So comfortable, spacious and well equipped - there was even a well stocked herb rack as well as lots of other kitchen supplies and equipment. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Seattle.

There was a thick memory foam topper on the bed which made it way too soft for me and difficult to change positions when sleeping. Apart from that it was perfect. We booked here because it looked like it was only a 10 minute walk from the ferry that comes in from Victoria on Vancouver Island, however you need to be aware that 8 of those 10 minutes are up steep hills! If you have luggage like we did, take a cab/uber!

House is well equipped,

Sofa bed was broken by previous guests so we needed to sleep on a air mattress. As renting a house in a city has the main purpose to sleep there this was a real downsize. For the rest there was a lot of noice from the street as in the bedroom the doors could not be closed due to the mobile airco outlet.

Great location within walking distance of downtown, Pike Street, Convention Center, and pioneer square (30 minute walk). Great Italian restaurant downstairs. Room 632 was quiet after about 10pm. Noise prior to that came from outside on sidewalk first night, not from within building. Sofa couch was surprisingly comfortable. Ocean view was largely from the balcony, which we didn't really use as it is winter. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed for a short stay. Property manager and booking contact were both excellent.

Bathroom needs painting and baseboards need replacing due to water damage, though it seemed clean enough. Pool and hot tub areas were enclosed and very chlorine smelling, so for me, not a pleasant facility.

this property had everything for a comfortable stay and more. parking was for an extra fee of $25/night, but still much lower than parking anywhere in the area. the parkade was secure. we travelled there by car, but due to an ideal location, we didn't use it much after that. it was right in between 10min walking distance from both museums and Space Needle and Pike Market. Since parking in the city is insanely expensive, it was great that we didn't need to drive anywhere. There were many different restaurants downstairs as well as a cute cafe around the corner for morning coffee and pastries. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking with enough utensils, pots, pans, cups, glasses, but also keurig coffee, some tea (please, change the liquorice tea for something else!). it had all the spices and herbs you can think of, even vinegar, but no oil, so bring some if you need any. The pool and jacuzzi have long hours and are a decent size, but we didn't use it, because it didn't look the cleanest. Might have been just an off day. The central garden is amazing and the "party room" was used when we were shown around, but it is more than you will ever need.

it shows some wear and tear but it was very clean and comfortable even for a longer stay. It was 4 of us, so our main concern was the comfort of the second bed: pull-out couch in the living room. The bedroom bed was huge and had a great mattress that most people will probably enjoy a lot, but the couch was very uncomfortable to sleep on and would use a mattress topper. We communicated with the host at check out who promised to looked into it, since nobody reported it before, so there is a chance this will be fixed. If it's just 2 of you in the bedroom, this will not be an issue. one more suggestion for hosts, since you communicate with many different people, please, make sure your check-in person has all the info you already provided. I gave the same info about our arrival about 4 different times and I was still asked the same before arrival again, because they were not told. I don't mind repeating myself, but the person checking us in probably wasted a lot of time waiting for us to let us in.

The property is as described and has all of the amenities listed. It is walkable to many places

The rug needs replacing in the living room and the door needs work. The location has a prevalent homeless population but it is in the heart of the city

Location was great, facilities was good.

Don't think bed sheets were changed prior to our arrival as we found someone else sock un the bed, we noticed this on day 2 od our stay.

Spacious apartment allowed us to take a break from hotels, cook and wash, close to central Seattle. Anderson was very helpful getting us set up.

Across the road from a noisy pub which kicked off at midnight until about 2am with such loud music even ear plugs did not block it out.
