"Spacious, convenient, ideal!"

This property is in a FANTASTIC location! Very walkable and close to so many great bars and restaurants. We didn’t spend a lot of time inside the apartment but it was pretty quiet and very spacious. The owner was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. I would definitely recommend staying here!

It was exactly what we needed! Loved staying here.

"Topappartement op toplocatie in DC"

Een prachtig appartement in een hele sfeervolle wijk in DC dicht op het centrum. Appartement was ruim en koel en was heel compleet. Let op: er is geen keukentje ofzo, wel een koffiehoekje en een koelkast.

Niets eigenlijk. Ik reisde samen met mijn dochter en dus heeft een van ons twee op de bank geslapen, maar dat was onze keus. Heel fijn was ook dat er een wasmachine en droger aanwezig zijn. De host Emilio ook twee keer ontmoet en fijn mee gesproken. Alle lof - prima verblijf gehad.

Wonderful location- we walked to Teds for brunch everyday, loved walking to see old houses and a show at the Lincoln theatre. Everything was clean and comfortable. Jinya Ramen was amazing, too. Wonderful bookstore close.

A tv in the living room where the couch is perhaps the only thing I would change (there is one in the bedroom but no way to sit up and watch in the bed)

Great location. Beautiful apartment. A lot of space

The apartment is not soundproof. You can here all that is happening in the apartment above. There is no kitchen and even not basic kitchenware such as a mug or so.

Great location and communication with the host, plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, metro nearby for getting around the city.

TV awkwardly placed meant couldn't utilise the main sitting area.
