Location was good. Property was clean.

We stayed for 4 days and we did not have hot water. Nothing was done about it. Pool did not look clean so we did not use it.

Perfect stay no complaints. Just make sure you receive the bar code to enter the facility otherwise you’ll be stuck outside and tenants are particular with who they allow in. Other than that the room was perfect clean and in a great location !

When my son and I arrived at the building we were okay. I had my guard up due to reading the reviews about the lady at the front desk. She was okay. When we opened the door to the apartment, we immediately noticed how warm it was. The apartment overall was okay, but the a/c wasn’t working at all. It was so hot in the second bedroom, my son and I shared the main bedroom. It was the coolest of the two. The floor could have been mopped (it was dusty and left a dirt film on our feet). During the second night, a roach strolled out of the bathroom.

The beds were comfortable, and the master bedroom was nice.

-Hot water barely worked. It was inconsistent in working and when it did, it didn’t get hot and the water pressure was horrible - The paint was chipped a lot throughout the entire unit - There were no cleaning supplies like a broom to tidy up - The other rooms did not have any outlets - It was really hot the whole time - Construction happening right outside woke us up out of our sleep -The concierge was really passive agressive -It looks very ghetto leading up to the room - Outdated building
