Spacious 3BR, 2BA Condo near Medcenter & NRG

This apartment had everything we needed -even a high chair and a pack n play. The location was so easy for us to drive to the medical center.

There were a lot of steps to getting our keys. We were coming in later with a toddler after a long day of travel made it feel more chaotic than it probably was.

The location was great for easy access to the highway. The complex is gated. I was refunded half of my cleaning deposit, and the owner said that she was going to hire a new cleaning service.

The outside and in the hallways of the complex were very questionable. The inside wasn't bad, BUT it was not properly cleaned. I had to wash all the bedding before I would allow myself or my family to lay down. Also, I was never able to park in my covered parking because someone was already there.

The location was perfect for the reason for our visit. We walked to ngr Stadium, and walked back. Uber was easy to visit other parts of Houston. The apartment was as advertised. Clean, quiet, and spacious.

The area seemed sketchy, but nobody bothered us. Was disappointed that CVS was closed down. It took us a while to find our key in the lock box maze, but it worked out good.

Very spacious, comfortable, and close to the NRG stadium!

Restroom needs a little more update. Overall good.

It was clean and spacious just as the description said the beds were comfortable The hot water was hot

If you are anything like me and my family, we love to take pictures. There was absolutely no mirrors except for bathroom mirrors 👎🏾 be sure to keep the keys with you at all times we left the keys in the condo as we was unpacking and was unable to get back in. We were literally locked out for 30 minutes beating and hollering to get help to get back in. The whole key situation and how you even enter The building is a whole maze itself but once you get it, you got it.

The location was good for the purpose of the trip. It was near the football stadium - NRG Stadium.

Inside the parking area, there was a designated parking spot for the condo but it was occupied by another vehicle several times upon returning to the property. I used another parking spot during these times.

Location being close to the stadium was nice

The place was quite cheap; from the beds to the furniture, the building, etc. Additionally, it claimed to be a 3 bed/2 bath apartment, but the 3rd bedroom and second bathroom were permanently locked while we were there. The host simply said 'they shouldn't be'. The host never fixed any of the problems, and consistently doubted our honesty in reporting them. The host also claimed at one point that we had damaged the couch, which was impressive, considering that I only sat on it once for about 60 seconds to check it's level of comfort. The host requested a $200 deposit sent privately to her before checking in, which made it difficult to report any of the problems or demand that they be fixed, as she was essentially holding that money over me, and I didn't feel comfortable doing or saying anything that could put it in jeopardy. Overall, it was a surprisingly bizarre stay, and I won't be returning.

The place is really clean and homy. The beds are comfortable. Lots of extra parking. Location is ok.

saw some residents smoking pot out in the parking lot area and loud noises when we're there.
