The location wasn’t the best, looks a little rough on the outside. First floor hallway smelled like urine. It was a long walk to access keys. We didn’t stay and lost money due to it being non refundable.

I didnt receive breakfast but I'm sure it's wonderful!😊

The lock box could be more organized not scattered around.

Property is very well localized. Lots of restaurants and close to Museum district. Also a walk distance from NRG Stadium.

Location was ok. Pretty noisy from the freeway, which was expected but the doors could have been sealed better to shut the noise out. To make matter worst, business next door has some pretty awesome bright parking lot lights, makes you think it is already 8am when in fact is only 1am. Kitchen was clean as was the rest of the house. Everything is pretty old except for the floor.

Was charged for clothe dryer start button that stop working during our stay, and was operating it normally. Something broke behind the start button which I have no control over. I was charged $150. I understand if I break a furniture or eating plates, but normal wear and tear plus commercial usage with break an equipment eventually. Damage deposit was through private bank transfer and have no way of getting it back if you are wrongly accused of damages. I am sure the property manage will have a different story, I will attached a photo of the dryer upon checked out. BUT YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

I really don’t know the Houston area but the apartment was located in a gated apartment complex. We felt very safe. It was in a good location, 10 minutes away from MD Anderson. It was nice going back to the apartment after a long day at the hospital and relaxing with friends watching movies etc. Would definitely stay here again. Also, it was very clean.

There was nothing we didn’t like! everything was great.

Apartment was clean but fans need to be dusted.

Didn't like the neighborhood it was located in. All girls trip. Scary going in when we got there. Cars coming through the gates right behind us. Bldg hallway and the back bedroom had a not so pleasant smell.

The host Gloria is very attentive  and she will go out of your way to help you if you need it.

There was not any lounge chairs at the pool.  Also, is liking some cooking pans. Had to heat up water in a skillet.
