It had all of the comforts we could have wanted for an extended stay.

Parking was a bit limited. It was a little hard to find the address initially.

Clean, easy access

Well equipped and large room. Staff was quick to answer my questions. In general, it was a good option.

It was noisy in my room, but not from the streets, since it's a calm block. . However, a lot of of noise every time another guest would arrive or leave their rooms and I could also easily hear people in other rooms talking.

Instruction were sent to the app, which I didn't use for booking and didn't download. Reaching for help with phone number provided, was extremely difficult through Booking, and reached the 'manager' was useless: leave a call back number, and no one calls back. Access was problamatic even with the correct codes, and require one to forcefully yank the door, as demonstrated by the office helper. The last time we used it, the door knob is on the ground, and another guest held the door open, even as it does no longer be locked. There were transient right on the corner every night, one lit a fire on side walk one night.

It was our first time visiting your beautiful city and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Very thoughtfully furnished the only thing that we needed to supply was paper towels. I would have given the staff a 10 out of ten however we never saw anyone. The apartment is right next to a beautiful park and is literally minutes away from all of the cities attractions.

We encountered a number of homeless people sleeping on the street in front of the building panhandling.

location & facilitates

The location is great. The Park is awesome, good and varied restaurants in walking distance (anything with a ride), a drug store very close, near downtown. Homeless people around might throw off some rookie travelers, but that is every major city; the property has a security gate, there are street lights, awesome spot.
