Two bedroom apartment in single family home

The main attraction is the price. Given that, I was satisfied.

The turn off the WiFi at around 8 or 9pm. For people on a work trip, that might not be ideal.

It was very comfortable. I loved the pool table! And some snacks and breakfast items were a wonderful touch as well.

The set as a whole was awesome.

I can't say there was nothing I didn't like. I would definitely use this location again!!

Good fast communication, Spotless - meticulously clean!!!! Nice neighborhood, close enough to national harbor for a short drive, quiet residence. Plenty of street parking, laundry on site Stone path and gate I don’t think there was any steps to deal with for people with disabilities. Might’ve been a curb to the path if you’re in a wheelchair. Dishes silverware provided dishwasher refrigerator microwave they had everything, this is one of our favorites! And private bathroom for a B&B this was awesome! oh for those who want to soak in a tub, no tub, it had a shower a big shower!

Absolutely nothing…Awesome price, huge amount of space it could even fit a pool table and exercise equipment Awesome! TWO bedroom come on!! They had everything we needed we felt very comfortable being in the lower level of their home we didn’t find them to be very noisy, I hope we weren’t very noisy, just a real nice quiet neighborhood.

Quiet, comfortable and SUPER clean. Mattresses were great, wonderful size apartment for a couple with a daughter + a relative. Hosts were friendly and available in case we needed.

Very clean and exactly as described. My husband and I were very comfortable. There is a cute little patio with a table outside for our use with a Sunsetter type of awning. For this stay it was too cold to utilize the patio but it is there for our use. In the description it says breakfast is included so I was curious as to how that was going to work since this is the lower part of the owners house. Upon our arrival there was a fresh dozen of eggs, breads, fruit, yogurt, cream cheese, oatmeal packets, 1/2 gallon milk, butter and the cabinets contained any spices, etc. we might have needed. This was perfect. The neighborhood is beautiful too. We felt very safe. I did have a couple of questions while there and the owner replied to my emails immediately. I was very pleasantly surprised that our towels where refreshed every couple of days, something other properties like this did not provide. When traveling back to the DC area we will definitely check to see if this place is available.

There really isn’t anything that I didn’t like or had complaints about. The shower is small but for the few minutes each day that I would shower it was good. The only suggestion that I might have is to put an extra roll or two of toilet paper on the towel storage rack on the steps. But neither of these items would stop me from staying again and from giving this place a good review.
