Safe and secure location. Nicely located on Ocean drive between Salt rock and Ballito

Showers flooded, water was not hot unless you fiddled with the tap, aircon fan made alot of noise, toilets did not flush properly. No fans or AC in the living area

That there is no loadshedding plus all rooms has air conditioning..

Tv lounge doesn't have fan or air conditioning u can't sit there...plus house need renovation...
