Beach front, two story condo

Excellent location, spacious, access to the beach and safe

The property was not as clean as would be expected, Property cleaned once on a 7 day stay, No changing of linen and towels on a 7 day stay (hygienically not impressive), No side lamp in one bedroom and Few maintenance issues e.g door main bedroom and access sliding door in one of the other bedrooms

The host was friendly, she allowed us to check out 6 hours late at no cost.

The place was dirty, the appliances had rust and the bed linen was dirty with stains.

This condo was clean, exactly as per the pics and a short walk down to the beach. Two parking bays (if you come with a car). The property is spacious, has beautiful balconies and was a real treat. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you Andrea for being an awesome host and giving us some tips on where to go in the area.

It's very difficult to get an Uber in Balito, so hiring a car is advisable. Also, only one of the rooms has a long mirror. First room has two round mirrors which are high up, so as a short person, you won't be able to see in them. There is however a nice big mirror as you come in.

Amazing place, amazing staff. Shout out to Andrea for her kindness and helpfulness. The location was stellar,close enough to the beach to even see the ocean from our balcony. Liked the beds and the bathrooms, and the overall atmosphere at the place
