"Not cheap, but worth the price"

Perfect location on the edge of Hillcrest. Front porch faces the sunset, small terrace on the back provides a wonderful view to watch the sun rise. Three bedrooms, a small bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. Usually it's easy to find a spot to park, unless you return home late. And just a few minutes away you can even catch MTS-buses to go eg. Downtown.

Inside the place is tidy and clean. But the outside could use some attention ... Though a really quiet area, it could happen, that you hear neighboring guests talk all night.

"Comfortable, clean and safe neighborhood."

It was the perfect location. Nice neighborhood with friendly people, lots of dog owners walking their dogs. The house was clean, nice, and the only thing That would have made it perfect is a second bathroom to accommodate 5 people. I would definitely stay there again.
