Newly Furnished 1BR Apartment w/ Hermann Park View

Very cute space! Good amenities. Loved that it was a fully equipped apartment with HEB right around the corner. The balcony was private and provided just enough outdoor space!

It was loud. Not being from Houston, I didn’t realize how close the medical center was, so there was ambulance sirens and a lot of traffic noise.

I love coming here after a long day at the hospital. It's quite, clean,safe and like home away from home.

We are a family of 3 and spent 5 nights in this apartment. The location is great - close to the Museum district and to the Zoo. It takes 30 min to get to NASA. The Downtown is 5-7 min driving. There are plenty of restaurants in 10 min driving distance. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable. I actually had a better sleep than at home. The kitchen is equipped will all necessary utensils. The shower is nice and hot. We visited gym twice. I recommend this place!

Clean, quiet, spacious

It can be difficult to find the unit among that apartment complex, even with the instructions provided. Also for those who never used the Latch App before, it’s a little inconvenient. There was no bottled water in the unit and I had to go out again late at night to buy bottled water after we arrived.

Stayed for efficient access to the worlds best doctors & medical center. Apartment is older, but updated & very clean. Gated garage included. As safe as you will find in this area of Houston. Fair rate for what it is. Some of the furniture shows wear, etc., but nothing wrong with that. Return customer.

Can't really say anything significantly bad. The garage is nice, but spaces are a bit tight. That's about it.

The location was quiet

The property wasn’t clean, visible dust everywhere, we had to go buy cleaning supplies the light switches were very dirty, bathroom wasn’t clean & hairs were in the tub. I sent a message upon arrival. After our departure she sent a message asking for a 5 star review. I ask did she see my message. She apologized & said she will let her cleaners know. She did not reimburse me the cleaning fee & we also had to purchase toilet paper & paper towels. We stayed a week & only had 1 wash cloth.

I stayed in a week, but only provided one bag of laundry detergent, which is not very friendly, especially with family.
