Newly Furnished 1BR Apartment w/ Hermann Park View

Convenient, safe, quiet location. Nice amenities. Spacious apartment. Excellent communication from host. Great value.

We loved the location and the privacy. The gated garage area was nice and we were still close enough to everything.

We really have no complaints. Maybe just that the buildings could be numbered better, but that’s no fault of the renter owners.

Very clean place, very comfortable bed. The host was always attentive to the messages and replied immediately.

It is necessary to download an App and register to be able to open the door and have access to the apartment. It makes the process a bit cumbersome, specially if guests are coming from a long distance trip.

L’appartement est très bien situé, proche de nombreuses attractions : à seulement 10 minutes en voiture du Muséum d’Histoire Naturelle, et environ 30 minutes du Space Center. Le logement était impeccable : très propre, bien entretenu, avec des équipements modernes et fonctionnels. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Je recommande sans hésiter !

We loved this property after staying in hotels for a few weeks the space was so nice. It was super clean, quiet and we felt very safe. great the gym and pool were really nice

Everything was comfortable and clean. Great communication with owners. (Take pictures of maps and written instructions on your cell the night before your trip to have easier access when you need it. Make sure cell battery is charged to ensure you can open apt door with Lock app. Start ice maker when you arrive.) Felt secure. Nice to have covered parking in parking garage.

Squeaky ceiling fan in bedroom, but that's easy to remedy. Some broken pool patio furniture, but that's not apartment owner's fault. Pictures need a little updating, but didn't cause me any issues. LR has glass coffee table now, but not an L couch sectional, only main piece. Balcony has green carpet like material now, not cement. Wish coffee table and bedroom endpieces had a coaster or coaster mat to collect moisture from my iced drinks .

place is beautiful and comfortable, the host are very accessible and accommodating

elevator was not working i had no car head to walk through the garage to get on the 3rd level

Everything else was perfect.

There was a loud continuous banging or thumping sound in the restroom that never stopped. We didn't hear it as much when we shut the bathroom door.

The view and location was great. I was there for Cigar week and all the venues were less than 15 minutes away from this location

This unit faces a street. The traffic is very loud and can be heard inside the unit and it’s not pleasant to sit outside unless it’s late at night or early in the morning. Please replace the flimsy ironing board, add a full sized mirror, and Kleenex for guests like me with allergies
