not much of anything. what I would fix is the vent in the bathroom. it needs to be cleaned and the bathroom sink stopper needs to be fixed.

Yes there was a distant sea view - but over the car park and other condos (apartments). While we were in the condo there was a lot of noise from local road works and the adjacent construction site (surely there should be a discount for this?). Bed was comfortable but had to leave main light on to read then get out of bed to turn off light. Good to have some carpets and not all tiles. Good TVs in sitting room and bedroom.

There was no on-site contact. We were told that we would receive the door entry code several days before our arrival but didn't receive this code until just before 3pm on arrival day. Our cousin (a Maui resident) phoned /texted the contact lady. She repeatably phoned/texted before she eventually received the code. Concerned this was a scam. We stayed at 2 properties on Maui and 2 on Kaui and all others were good experiences with helpful onsite staff and good facilities in all rooms - especially kitchens - so we do have experience of similar facilities at similar costs. Our niece was in an "excellent" lower cost condo in our block. Kitchen facilities were inadequate (1 large saucepan, two frying pans, no small pans, no extractor fan, undercabinet cooker lamp not working). No equipment instructions available. A bathroom drawer fell apart when opened, the handbasin wasn't level so left a small pool of stagnant water in it. The basin 'pop-up' waste didn't work and occasionally jammed closed and needed to be prised open with a knife to allow the water to drain. Bedroom had no bedside tables (there was a SMALL shelf at one side and a padded stool at other (not good for putting glass of water on), no bedside lamps - and no drawers, so had to use beach chairs to hold clothes and cases (we were away for 4 weeks hence brought plenty of clothing). Bedroom wardrobe not fully useable ( contained beach chairs, vacuum cleaner etc. (had to remove them to use). Still awaiting return of $200 deposit - (why does it take so long?).
