Roscoe Village Guesthouse

Stephanie, the property manager is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond for us from start to finish! She was professional yet super friendly. Extremely knowledgeable of the neighborhood and the property. Such a pleasure interacting with her from start to finish! The accommodations were beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable! Exceeded my expectations! The location is perfect for shopping, dining and or just grabbing a coffee or cocktail while sitting outside. I highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a perfect place to stay on their vacation! Stephanie is a major asset to your property and company!

Our apartment was perfect for my dad, two adult brothers and myself. The beds were comfy and having two bathrooms was a bonus. The property manager Stephany was excellent. Roscoe Village was the perfect location for our baseball trip. It's a 30 minute walk or quick Uber to Wrigley and a short distance from the train which we used to catch a White Sox game at Rate Field.

The condo was super clean and equipped nicely with kitchen utensils, bathroom shampoo's and soaps and overall a great place to stay.

I was not able to watch any TV. Nothing on the tv worked.

We had such a fantastic stay for our busy weekend! My friends and I visited for a concert and were struggling to find a place to stay when we happily stumbled upon Roscoe Village. Everything about our visit was just perfect! Checking in was super easy (thank you, Stephanie!), and we found plenty of free parking on the side streets. The place was spotless and in a fantastic location, making it so convenient to hop in a Lyft or Uber whenever we needed to. Plus, there are so many amazing restaurants within walking distance—I only wish we could have stayed longer to try them all out! I can’t recommend this place enough!
