Mermaid's Cottage

The apartment and patio were very comfortable and had everything we needed in amenities. The patios are full of lush plants and flowers. The location is peaceful, a pleasant walk to downtown West Palm Beach. The most precious part of our stay, however, were the owners, Beatriz and Mez, who treated us like family from the minute we arrived, and actually even before that. They attended to our every need, and treated us to various delightful surprises - all along interesting conversations. After a week, we did not want to leave, and are coming back as soon as possible! Everything was great, and exceeded our expectations.

The cottage was super clean and cozy, comfortable beds, a kitchen stocked with the basic things you need, a cute little private patio out back with beautiful gardening, close to just about everything, and the hosts were over the top sweet! I have to say, I’ve never had hosts this accommodating! We were here for my son‘s facial reconstruction surgery at the hospital close by, and Mrs Beatris is truly an angel sent by God! She even brought us food a couple times during our 2 wk stay, which was delicious, as we had missed many meals during this traumatic time for us!! Absolutely, my favorite place I’ve ever rented, hands-down!! ;) I honestly can’t say enough about this place and the hosts!! These people have restored my faith in humanity during such a trying time for our family!

There’s really nothing not to like about this property!

This was a perfect little cottage very near everything we needed at West Palm Beach. Our host was exceptional! She made sure we had everything we needed, and we enjoyed talking with her very much! Our stay was lovely, and we'd definitely come back.

The air conditioning units were a bit noisy. Bring ear plugs or a sound machine, and you'll be fine! Other than that, it truly was a lovely stay.

Cannot think of anything

The apartment was exactly as described, and perfect for our needs. with a nice patio sitting area. Beatriz was very welcoming. Location was easily accessible by public transport.,(TriRail and Local Bus 31)
