Atlanta Downtown! City Life! ONSITE PARKING LM1701

I liked how responsive the Host was and when there was no key fob they immediately got another one to the front desk. The front desk staff was kind except the lafy who was there the night we left. She was rude.

The bathroom was nasty and there were 2 roaches, used soap, and the shower did not drain. It was very hot and uncomfortable. The neighborhood was sketchy and I was TERRIFIED in that lower-level parking garage. there is not adequate lighting outside and a blind spot where someone can hide. this needs to be looked into

Smoky smell in the hallways

It could have been cleaner I found hair on the bathroom floor the walls needed cleaning also. It smelled like a nursing home. The apartment is a old building It didn’t feel as modern as it looked on the website

The pool area is filthy! The pool furniture is dirty! Only 1 elevator working. Front desk staff very rude and not helpful!

I liked the convenience of parking, location and internet.

The unit was not updated and clean in my opinion. There was no air conditioning. The shower door came off the hinge and had grit and grim in the sliding doors and this is the short version of my complaints.
