Henry was an excellent host for the property. He was prompt in responding to questions and attentive to our needs as guests. The apartment was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Location is perfect if you have any business at Yale or the Yale Peabody Museum. Also convenient walking distance to restaurants.

No real complaints at all. It would be good to have some shelves in the bathroom for setting out toiletries.

Great location, quiet streets in a pretty area of NH with good range of local coffee shops, markets, the Peabody museum, etc. plus only a 15 minute walk to Yale Campus. Free parking is a bonus, and off street. The beds were comfy and the apartment clean. The towels were lovely and fluffy and the water nice and hot. Living room area nicely decorated and equipped.

There was not enough crockery or cutlery for the number of potential guests, nor space round the dining table if the apartment were at full capacity (6-8 people). The pots and pans selection was also not really adequate for a true ‘safe catering’ experience, and a kettle would have been nice. Because the beds are all pushed up against the windows, with no headboards, it makes it hard to open the curtains and thus it feels dark a lot of the time which is a shame as it is a pretty apartment.

The kitchen is perfect. It has everything you need. There is Netflix for TV and suprisingly there is cealing light so the room is bright.

Parking, location, large space.
