Good location, spacious, very nice shower and kitchen. Check-in and out was easy.

Bed was extremely hard but I understand this is personal preference. The parking garage is sketchy. It’s poorly lit at night and up a steep ramp with a tight turn at the top. To get up or down on foot requires walking the steep one-lane ramp or taking the tight unlit spiral staircase. Anyone with poor mobility would have issues.

"Great apartment in a central location"

Stylish and comfortable apartment (quality mattress) in a great downtown location next to multiple bars/restaurants/and a great grocery store. The entry instructions were clear and it was great having the private parking adjacent to the building. We also made use of the gym in the basement - it was surprisingly well equipped. Great pick if you are visiting Des Moines.
