Bella Vista

We waited half an hour as they were not ready for us. The apartment is filthy and needs a good deep clean. No hot water to the bath. No scissors or sharp knives. There was only one cereal bowl. The listing shows Aircon and fitness center but neither of these are available. We have lodged a complaint with Booking.com. I would NOT recommend this facility. When we contacted the host, he was rude and resorted to name-calling over WhatsApp.

We liked the location and it was spacious.

The place was filthy. We had to go and buy cleaning products to first clean the place. Old dirty socks were found in the cupboard. Horribly stained couches. Dirty stained carpet. Cutlery and crockery first had to be washed before use. Freezer had stains in it. Bath had no hot water. We expressed our concern to the manager and owner. Has an odor hanging throughout place.

This is an apartment located on the top floor of a large building with a multiple garage on level -1. the keys are at a bar/pizzeria on the ground floor of this large building. The apartment is NOT beachfront but about 300 meters away, the sea can be seen in the distance because it is on the top floor. a broken window, water came in (it was raining). the sinks all had broken taps. the shower was dirty. Some walls had large damp spots (to be noted for allergic guests). WIFI is not available. Television has no visible channels. in case of power failure, there is no back up. Long corridors, with many doors, few people and darkness, if I were a girl or two girls alone I wouldn't suggest it. the description DOES NOT match the apartment. We were particularly disappointed by not being in a Luxury category apartment and not being beachfront.
