A fantastic apartment for a family of five, with stunning ocean views. Gino was an excellent communicator and made us feel very welcome.

Avoid this rental unit! We were so disappointed. To list a few big issues - the door didn’t lock properly, the apt was dirty with stains throughout, the tv remote did not work nor was there Netflix, etc., and the outside furniture was stained and old. What was especially bad, however, was the lewd joke the host made to me and my friends upon arrival (won’t go into further detail). I’ve stayed in dozens, if not hundreds of places throughout SA over the last several years, and this was especially bad in terms of what we paid versus what we received. Going to reach out to booking and inquire into a refund.

Lovely apartment with a few small changes could be exceptional.

Stained linen. Front door looked like it had been previously broken into which was a concern. Signal not great couldn't watch Netflix.

The apartment was conveniently set up. We had everything we needed to use for self catering.

the location is not what we saw when we were making the booking . we feel we were mislead somehow by booking .com and the owner as we were under the impression that we were booking a country side type of set up and that was definitively what we got. We suspect that there is some form of false advertising happening between bella vista the appartment in town and and the bella vista country and this needs to be fixed as it is misleading of consumer and once you have paid there is nothing you can do to change it is totally wrong . We realised when we got there that what we got is not what we saw on the advert on booking .com , booking .com must fix this as it is unethical business dealing and the consumer is the losser in this case.
