"No Wifi and wet main bedroom carpet"

Location

No wifi, the high speed internet advertised is not available. We were given a run around and a lot of excuses when we enquired. The main bedroom carpet was with with a dank smell in the room. This was there from the time we arrived until we left. No one came to attend to it. So we had to do with the set carpet and dank smell for 5 nights.
