i book the place only to be told the other tenant has extended their stay and i was asked to go to another apartment of which i have to travel to collect the key first from another house which was inconvenience

my booking being substituted

It was just amazing! Loved how huge the place was but I wish they could change the bathroom taps and shower.

Facilities a bit "tired" e.g. toilet set loose, ceiling fan in dining room stuck on high speed, switch did not work. Hanging space cupboard was locked for owners use, so no hanging space for clothes Only instant coffee provided. Real coffee (e.g. filter or machine) would have been nice. Carpet in main bedroom was wet and the room therefore smelled musty. Presume this was temporary, result of an accidental spill.

The view was excellent, and the apartment 71 kyalanga had ample space, which made it super comfortable for us.

The apartment was clean and tidy. The reception area was friendly and very welcoming

There was a lot of mosquitos in the room. It could have been due to the immense rain on the Sunday. The bathrooms needs a bit of improvement. The toilet holder was broken etc.

Their policy is that they don’t replenish toilet paper you only get it on arrival… we ran out and we went to ask they said no, that felt like such an infringement of a human right. Tissue should be a very basic thing for anyone offering accommodation

Location was handy for Umhlanga

Beyond tired accommodation - eg second bathroom was poor. Whole place needs a significant investment to make it tolerable

The property had amazing views and a lovely pool in the complex.

Unfortunately I had been contacted and advised that there was a double booking and we had been upgraded to the the penthouse suite 71 Kyalanga. This was more of a downgrade and I was very disappointed. It was extremely hot and the aircons in the unit did not work, the fans also were not working. We had continuous leaks in the kitchen and the bathroom. Towels are changed every 4 days.Who does that in the heat. Are we meant to use the same towel every time we shower. The upkeep of the place is very poor for a penthouse unit. The dirt bin was broken and had no lid which attracted numerous flies. The cleaning staff were unfriendly and We had to keep telling them to move and mop properly. Very Very Disappointing.

On the beachfront.

Not very modern, bathrooms are not kept in good condition. Balcony was very hot due to the glass.
