The location was great

The pool was green and although we were promised it would be fixed , it didn’t happen The umbrellas on the deck were both broken and several of the windows were cracked. The blind in my room collapsed and often some of the plugs didn’t work . I negotiated a 15% refund but nothing has happened yet

Location and views. Convenient for the waterfront. Lovely coffee shops on walking distance.

Check in was atrocious except for Francois Given two fobs. One of the access fobs does not work (nearly got locked out due to this). One room had a drain smell coming through. Generally, flat needs some updating and TLC.

Exceptional views, beautiful and clean apartment. Perfect location. We will def stay there again. Loved the convenience of all the shops close by. The quick and efficient assistance we received at all times.
