Very spacious and comfortable. The staff were exceptional - accommodating and very friendly. They always kept me updated. Location was central. All of the security guards were also wonderful. Facilities were also good. Good value for money.

Everything was great but if I could think of a minor thing, I would say maybe installing something in the shower where we can keep soaps and shampoos.

Smooth and easy check in. Special thanks to Ruby, who assisted in the check in and provided us with information for the hotel and apartment. Nice touch from the staff with a welcome note and a plate of oranges. Thanks to the housekeeping staff for daily cleaning, as it was unexpected. Beautifully decorated and as described in photos. Bed comfortable. Location near the Dragon bridge and walking distance to the Museum of Champa sculpture, APEC park and Han market. Will stay again when visiting Da Nang.

The soundproofing of the room may affect light sleepers as we could hear voices from the room next door. However that did not bother us nor did it affect our sleep.

Great staff, very clean, free washer and dryer was a bonus, and amazing location near many restaurants.

It is a little far out if you are wanting to go to the beach then it is a grab away

Check in was easy, the room was spotless and they even added decorations and rose petals for our honeymoon. Reception were able to offer support for the local area and Zuhi provided us with a detailed list of local places to try! A great welcome to Vietnam for our honeymoon and we're so glad we picked Flexi for our first night ❤️

Huge space with plenty amenities. Accommodating staff, great hospitality and everything is clean.
