Great location

The place needs a good clean. The walls Are filthy, and fans rusted, no aircon. Main showers door was off and the second shower had next to NO water coming out. Even the cutlery was mix matched and outdated

The view and the location. The apartment is spacious.

Balcony was dirty, curtains were dirty, furniture in the living room space was very old, dirty and uncomfortable to use.
