It was amazing clean,nice and cozy the security who welcomed us was super nice and the ladies in the morning greeted us with a smile we loved everything about the place we definitely coming back we wanted to extend our stay but it was sold out for the weekend

"Don’t ever book this property.the agents don’t keep their word And I paid for not even staying there the last day of my"

I didn’t like the property as I saw a cockroach the first day and thought it’ll just be a one time thing. The next day I found a few crawling on the head board. I tried to report it. No one replied and left the property with still one night to stay at. They refused to open for me again when I left and I still paid for that 3rd day when I forgot something and they still havnt sent my item even though they promised to mail it courier to my address after I sent my details to them. They refused to refund me for the one night I didn’t stay there even though all 2 days I encountered cockroaches

We enjoyed ourselves the place is quiet,the manager responded very fast

The WiFi was off and Disconected for the whole weekend in fact it was not paid for!..Secondly a security lady who was on duty on the 31st October from the main gate do not know how to talk to Visitors at all😳

The price of the apartment had a hidden fee for cleaning, initialy we told an amount but when we paying it changed. There were cockroaches in the apartment. Only half the globes were working in the apartment.

Nothing. It was a bad experience

Couldn't check in as the place wasn't cleaned. Waited an hour and went in, they were still cleaning for a further hour. 1 bathroom didn't work. No signal on TV at all. Bedding wasnt cleaned. Pillows hard and stained. Toilet broken. Kitchen floor broken. No extra blankets as they took 2 away due to a horrid smell on them. Too much to mention. Never going back.
