1. Google Maps location takes you to the wrong location (Whiteriver Country Estate Uplands Gate) 2. No air freshner in toilet. 3. No mop 4. No small bowls. 5. No iron. 6. Extremely small dish washing sponge. 7. The fridge is too small. 8. Stains on white sheets. 9. The room service lady mistakenly damaged our phone charger cable plugged on the convenient charging socket behind the bed. 10. The room service lady compromised our privacy by leaving the door curtains wide open after cleaning. 11. No near bins outside.

The set-up in the family room, the people sleeping in the other room has to pass in other people's bedroom to get to the bathroom, that was not decent at all. 79
ZAZAIt was quiet and peaceful. The security at the gate were very friendly.
We booked for four people but we were only provided 2 mugs. We didn’t have glasses in our unit and we requested for glasses, amongst the three they brought, one was cracked. We had to ask for cleaning equipment daily(Broomstick and a mop.) our sheets were not being changed after cleaning. The room was not very tidy.

ZAThe property was in a good location and safe for parking our vehicles.
On arrival one of our apartments was left dirty & poorly maintained with lights and fans not working. We were spilt up and moved to x3 2 sleeper apartments- which were far better than the 6 sleeper apartments. We had to request for the apartments to be cleaned upon arrival. The facilities in the 6 Sleeper apartments need to be upgraded. There was an aircon advertised as one of the facilities but there is no central cooling besides ceiling fans. The bathrooms are also outdated and need to be changed.
