ZAThe place was beautiful and clean, the room 2C was clean but had a weird smell and the shower was bad, I suggest if they can change the shower head it supplies water badly not enjoyable and spilling water all over the bathroom floor
I did like the place it's nice, indeed I can visit again but not in room 2C

ZAI had a terrible experience at this resort. The pictures on the site do not match what was given to us. Their rooms/unit are not kept up to date, there is a funny smell on arrival, there was only 1 plug point in a 4 sleeper room, the fridge and microwave were not were not working, when I told I the host about this, he moved us to another room. Which was a bit better but the fall was dirty and toilet felt like it was going to break when you sat on it. I was really not impressed with what I paid for. I don’t recommend it.
ZAI recently booked this place in White River for a night, but unfortunately, my experience was subpar. For a two-guest booking, we were only provided with one towel, which was inconvenient. Furthermore, the remote controls for the aircon and TV weren't working. The aircon had to be operated manually, and we had to request the host to send someone to replace the dead batteries. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi wasn't working either. We had to reach out to the host to report these issues, and it took some time to get them resolved. Considering the price and expectations, I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and the inconvenience caused by these issues.
