1.No breakfast but ads says booking fee included breakfast 2. Attitude of the security officer that was on night shift duty on Friday the 11th July 2025 needs to be addressed immediately. 3. Provide electric blankets in winter please

The bed at room 2B it was 2 single beds combined together as a double bed so l didn’t enjoy my sleep. TV was not working properly & the kettle was not in a good condition the water comes out when making a coffee. Early in the morning before the departure time workers makes noise busy going up and down therefore you don’t enjoy the quietness in our room. Others are cleaning the yard & others are busy chatting near your room that was a turn off

I requested a double bed. Instead, i was provided with 2 single beds and one blanket for a double bed. It wasn't even combined.

Our room had a very bad smell and it was more like a smoking room or someone was burning something in the room
