Clean and loved having our own rooms along with a full kitchen and close driving to everything.

Literally no response from the host the entire stay. Shower is backed up, door knobs broken and fridge was extremely loud.

The house was beautiful, clean and cozy. It felt like home.

Great Place to relax and plan trips in and around Orlando. The kitchen was well equiped. Parking in front of the house was also handy. The host was really nice and responded quickly.

I love that this property was clean, lots of room, dishes for cooking, washer/dryer, and easy access to the local market

no tablets for the dishes to be washed and no pizza pan to bake a pizza. haha no biggy though.

For the price, the property exceeded our expectations. We knew there was a full kitchen, so we brought food to cook some of our meals while we stayed. Unsure of whether there'd be knives to chop veggies, we were happy to find there was a fully stocked kitchen to include pot, pans, silverware and cutlery. You have the option of hand-washing your dishes, or there is also a dishwasher. All the amenities of a kitchen at home. The bed in the master bedroom was incredibly comfortable. We used the master bath, as well. Very clean.

Buyer beware! Make sure to bring your own toilet paper. Thank goodness we thought ahead. The main bath had no TP at all, and the master bath had less than a 1/4 roll. Also, we had issues with the air conditioning. The house rules indicate not to set below 74 degrees (which isn't an issue), and also to set to 80 when you leave. DO NOT TOUCH THE THERMOSTAT! We followed house rules and ended up spending a full hot, humid July evening w/out AC. When we left for the day, we set the temp to 80. When we returned, we dropped it back down to 74. Not only did the temperature not drop, it continued to climb. After reaching out to the host and asking for help, we were accused of messing w/the thermostat and being the reason there was a problem. She was incredibly accusatory. We were advised that maintenance would be by, but no one knocked. We're assuming the breaker in the AC unit itself was reset when we saw a golf cart go by and park next-door and leave immediately after. The temperature started to drop immediately after, as well. My complaint, I was abruptly woken later that evening by a man knocking on the front door and peering into the window at 10:30 PM. When reaching out the next morning to verify if it was maintenance, the host wouldn't confirm. She simply replied with "No worries". There was no acknowledgment of my question, no reassurance that it was maintenance. Needless to say, I worried didn't sleep well on night 3. Great little place for the $, but horrible experience with the host. We will not be repeat guests.

We had booked this accommodation in Kissimmee to stay May 18-22. Upon arrival, the place smelled like marijuana, the beds were unclean, and the fridge had open packages of food in it so it had not been cleaned after previous guests. Once we saw the state of the place, we messaged the host to say that we are not going to be staying due to the issues listed above. We then got in our car and left to go to a hotel. The host originally apologised for the mess of the place stating that the cleaner had an emergency and that they would provide a refund. No refund was provided and so we followed up, but then they tried to claim that we stayed at the accommodation and are not providing a refund. We disputed those false claims and told them to review their security cameras on the property. Followed up with the booking.com customer service. The accommodation did not respond.

The house is lovely, cozy and decorated with taste. It makes you feel at home. We loved it! Andrea was very welcoming and ready to answer any question we had. The check-in and check-out went smoothly. We greatly appreciated it. We would definitely come back in the future!

It is a very quiet place. The property is in excellent condition and comfortable. Close to parks.
