"Other than the noise issues it was ok...."

Dwelling was just fine. Well maintained. Close to main highway.

Lack of wash cloths and hand towels in bathroom. Neighborhood had problems with disruptive noise until very early morning on 12/29/23 that was resolved only after notifying the police. Also, there was the anticipated noise on New Years eve with fireworks and music but unfortunately that lasted until 3am. The park where the dwelling was located needs to monitor and enforce noise and behavior restrictions.

"The location is good but the master bedroom bed is way too soft. I had to sleep in the 2nd bedroom."

We could enter with a code. It was very easy.

"It was ok"

Quiet little neighborhood. Close to a lot. Main bedroom was good.

Seen a few roaches. The second bedroom, the mattress was awful. I couldn’t even sleep on it. Was only given one trash bag for a bathroom trash can in the kitchen.

"This was our Third time renting the cottage, I enjoyed it and will be renting it again."

I like the area, very quite and close to everything. Centrally located in Florida. It makes a great vacation spot and I can travel north or south and visit Family. I have family in Brandford FL, Family in Ft Lauderdale, family in Orlando, and family in Tallahassee.

They had a break in a water pipe, while we were staying there.
