We did not stay. The owner wanted us to pay cash and cancel the booking on booking.com so that she didn’t have to pay the fees. In addition, it was not what the photos showed and it was dirty.

Khi đặt phòng trên booking không có yêu cầu phải đặt cọc.Sau đó booking bị huỷ vì lí do khách đã không đặt cọc trước.Khách đã phải liên lạc với chủ phòng ,tiến hành đặt cọc nhưng số lượng phòng không được như ban đầu.

Property confirmed my booking for a 3-bedroom unit via Booking.com. On the day of check-in, the property messaged me (via Zalo, outside Booking) at 10:05 AM stating the room was no longer available. When I pointed out that I had a confirmed reservation, the property made the following statements IN WRITING: 1. “Trang Booking là Trang không trả tiền trước khách có thể đến hoặc không” — The property explicitly stated that Booking.com confirmations are meaningless because guests don’t prepay and may not show up. 2. “Nếu bạn chuyên nghiệp thì sau khi đặt phòng bạn liên hệ cơ sở xác nhận” — The property claimed it is the GUEST’s responsibility to proactively contact the property after booking to verify availability and make a deposit, completely contradicting how Booking.com works. 3. “Kể cả bạn có đặt phòng mình thấy thái độ của bạn không tốt mình cũng có thể từ chối không nhận khách chứ không phải đặt là phải nhận” — The property stated that even with a confirmed booking, they reserve the right to refuse guests based on “attitude,” explicitly saying “booking doesn’t mean you must be accepted.” 4. “Mình chưa hứa chưa nhận cái gì của bạn cả” — The property denied that a Booking.com confirmation constitutes any promise or obligation on their part. This property fundamentally does not understand or deliberately ignores that a Booking.com confirmation is a binding agreement. They are using Booking.com as a free advertising platform while operating their own off-platform deposit system and treating confirmed reservations as optional. I have screenshots of the entire conversation as evidence. I am not requesting a replacement or refund. I am requesting this property be investigated and removed from Booking.com. A property that openly states Booking confirmations are meaningless should not be listed on your platform. I am a Genius Level 3 member with years of consistent booking history across dozens of countries.
