Sea facing was amazing

We booked for 2 nights, No maid or servant for cleaning, they charge extra for the same

Location, good value for money. Apartment was comfortable. View from the window is great.

One of the toilets didn't flush well. The kitchen table should be replaced. The legs are loose and one of them fell and hurt my foot when we tried to move it

The views from this apartment were stunning, it's spacious well laid out and with all modern conveniences.

There is a charge for the pool and the indoor playground was closed during our stay.

This was a great find! A spectacular Bay view from the 28th view was the best part. A very clean and functional apartment in a nice location with lots of amenities nearby. And plenty of elevators to keep the traffic flowing up and down. Nice swimming pool when not mobbed with playing children.

On arrival, the lobby and pool area were a bit chaotic. The pool is not included in the room (this should be stated but upon complaining they did get us one day tickets).

wonderful location. we arrived in the dark and were blown away with the sea view of Halong bay when woken. spectacular. The sofa was very comfortable and sat our family of 5. En-suite with bath in master bedroom was a luxury.

the lighting but the owner says she will put in some cosy lighting in the apartment which is an easy fix.

there was nothing to like

the drain in the shower was blocked , the toilet water constantly run . The beds were so hard along with the pillows , no blanket just a sheet . The kitchen was left with dirty rag and sink . The towels looked like they hadn’t been cleaned . The pool was unusable, extremely dirty . I requested early check in Echuca was approved, only to wait 15 minutes for her to turn up . Advertising free water , yet we told her on arrival water was empty. No hand soap in toilet . Definitely keep away . waste of money . ripped off.

Fine location, easy to get to and from plus nice views from our high rise. Chilly AC, fast WiFi and lots of space to relax. Good communication (via Whatsapp) from our host during the stay and simple checkout process. No hidden surprises other than what is mentioned here.

The beds were VERY firm. This is likely a regional thing but a option for a foam topper would have been nice. We paid the host in cash on arrival, credit cards and a receipt were not an option. There is an ATM downstairs, but required multiple withdrawals to get the full cash amount. An option to pay electronically would be very welcome.
