Just the Sea View and the location

Do not have body washing foam at one of the bathroom, no hangers, bedsheet and blankets very dirty and dusty. Very bad experience.

it's stunning! the sea view is perfect. perfect for group and family outing because of the spacious rooms.

the staff only cared about money, demanding upfront cash only to disappear for rest of our stay. they didn’t explain how the facilities worked. The rooms were cold as we didn’t know how to put on the heaters. Nor were we told how the oven worked.

Superb location with view of Halong bay and nice central location.

Missed parking space for our rented 2 wheelers and had to pay every time we used building parking though a small amount.
