Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. At first, everything seemed fine when we checked in. However, after about an hour, we discovered a serious cockroach infestation throughout the apartment. There were both large and small cockroaches in the kitchen, living room and bedroom, crawling on the floors and surfaces. We informed the host immediately. His initial solution was to fumigate the apartment and kill the cockroaches. However, due to the strong chemical smell and the overall situation, we did not feel comfortable staying in the apartment at all and would not have been able to sleep there. For health and hygiene reasons, we decided to check out and requested a refund. At first, the host said the refund could be processed the following week, as he only receives payouts from Booking.com once per week. We accepted this explanation and assumed the refund would be handled accordingly. Unfortunately, this never happened. Despite multiple follow-ups from our side and involving Booking.com, we never received a refund, nor did we receive any further response from the host. Because of the infestation, the lack of proper resolution and the complete absence of cooperation afterward, we cannot recommend this property. Cleanliness, service and communication were all extremely poor.

The host was an amazing person, we had our own privacy. The apartment was clean and we had all the appliances we needed.

The securities were really rude to all the bolt drivers we had coming. One even chased us out of the pool and locked without explaining the whole procedure of using the pool.

The place looks exactly as the pictures posted. I give it a 10 out of 10

to be honest i loved everything about the place.

There is nothing I didn't like.

Absolutely convenient, right on the doorstep of Mall of Africa. To cap it all the owner, a very affable man, made time to come and welcome us...even though our booking was done at very short notice.
