Both Toilet seats were broken 1 toilet jams Sofa was not clean and did not smell good Beddings was not fresh Towls were not professional - Normal and old Service from the host to get clean dishcloth and towels was not met

The place was comfortable and clean. The amenities surpassed my expectation plus it was very close to the mall so it was convenient.

The process of check in should have been on the place's information page on Bookings.com or either emailed to me prior to check in so that I knew that I needed to contact the host to get a door code.

There was no breakfast

At least put tea bags or coffee and sugar so that we can be able to make something warm to drink

The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clea

I would be nice if we could get better towels and atleast provide guest with extra heaters for the cold winter days

The location was good, the unit was satisfactory, and the facilities were also excellent.

The fact that you have to climp the stairs to the second level
