RE:4872971765 I arrived at the premises and found it to be not condusive to comfortable living. Reasons: 1. As we enetered the premises, it was hot and stuffy with a stale smell. 2. We opened the fridge and we found cockroaches coming out of the fridge (we have video footage evidence and pics) 3. Thw room doors were damaged and had holes in it. 4. The Curtains were partially hanging out of the hook and the curtains went were dirty. 5. Bedroom cupboards were broken and partially hanging out of the hinges and the chipboards were flaking and had a swell. 6. The towels had stain marks on them. 7. The crockery, dinner plates and glasses were chipped and the cupboards were defintely not cleaned. 8. No aircons in the unit. 9. All of the above complaints are supported with video footage and picture evidence. We immediately vacated the premises and notified the owner that we will not be able to manage to stay in those conditions. kindly provide me with a full refund
