Heart of the Cape..

It's a very safe and clean place to stay except that we had to clean rooms by ourselves, we are used that the facility staff does that not the guest

Everything was good except that,Rooms were not cleaned during our stay &, we had to clean by ourselves Bed linnen not changed used the same towels for the rest of the stay Basically we did all the cleaning service

The host was very accommodating (considering that we checked in later than the time communicated and checked out earlier than the time communicated). She was very patient and she gave us a lot of tips on what to do. The location is perfect. It's literally on the doorstep of so many food places, the beach, devils peak, spar, checkers, the garage etc. The parking was super secure as well as building security. Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. We were also able to use the pool on the roof. The apartment receives beautiful sunlight. They also had full dstv. The building isn't noisy either. If given the chance, I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this place. Only thing to note, is that the lights and tv doesn't work in the apartment during loadshedding but it's not an issue because the power only went off twice during our stay and it was during bedtime. There's plenty of space and like I said, very central and walking distance (even closer) to everything.

I loved everything about the apartment, it was clean and lived up to the expectations. the location is literally perfect. The lady who greeted us was absolutely fabulous and gave us great recommendations.

The stopper in the tub wasn't working properly and water was leaking out and the pool wasn't open yet so we didn't get to use it.

I liked everything about the accommodation. But the best part was Karen. She went beyond and above. She made us feel welcome and explained everything in detail in fact she showed us. Took her time to make sure we understand everything. I think she made our stay fantastic.

Beautiful, stylish decor, comfy beds and towels, well equiped kitchen, great location. Our host was lovely and super helpful.

We found our host Karen already waiting to have us fully checked in and comfortable! :) she was very kind and courteous made us feel at home given it was our first time in cape town. The premises were very secure with a kind receptionist. The interior was very warm and cozy and the large open windows that let the sun in was a big bonus. The stay was well worth it 110%.

The bathroom floor rugs need to be replaced with thicker rugs to absorb the water spillage.

Perfect size, clean, beautifully decorated. Fabulous shower. Karen was exceptionally helpful welcoming us late in the evening after our flight arrived and during load-shedding.
