We had a great stay! The apartment is beautiful and well equipped, including a washing machine and dryer. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location is perfect and felt safe and the host was the most lovely, kind, helpful lady. Absolutely recommended.

The bath in one of the bathrooms leaked and did not hold water in, which was a shame as we had been very excited to use it.

We only stayed one night in this large and comfortable apartment. It is decorated with a lot of taste and has almost everything you would need, e.g. washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, bath tub, shower, etc. It is also very well located, just behind Sea Point’s main road. Although it is very close to all the restaurants, cafes and shops, it is quiet because it is set back from the road. The building is very modern, and there is a small swimming pool on the roof. Parking is also available. We felt the price was reasonable, given the quality of the place. Karen was our meet and greet person, she did a wonderful job and was very helpful.

There is no air conditioning, although this wasn’t a problem for us as we used the two powerful stand up fans supplied, and we weren’t there during the hottest time of the year.
