The location was fantastic and Karen was super amazing - check in and out was seamless

This comfortable and well-positioned apartment was perfect for our group of 4. The kitchen is well equipped, the sitting area comfortable and the bedrooms just right. We appreciated having 2 bathrooms. Karin was a warm and welcoming hostess who informed us about the check-in procedure beforehand. She was punctual with check-in and check-out and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to return at a later date

Karen, Karen, Karen, she is the best and deserves employee of the Year Award. So friendly and welcoming. She was very helpful and very kind. I hope she is well appreciated and she made our stay to feel like home. The location is convenient, just a walk away from shops at Point Mall, MOJO Market, and other restaurants. I would recommend it to my friends and family members or anyone who may be looking for a nice place in Cape Town.

To be honest, the place is very nice, and it could do with some bit of interior decor.

Karen was so friendly and helpful. I ran the Gun Run and the owner did his best to accommodate us regarding the check out time. The apartment is modern and beautifully appointed with a generous sized patio. It is very conveniently located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. There was under cover parking for two cars and the building offers great security.

Although the pillow covers are cotton, the duvet covers are microfibre which is less breathable in warmer weather. I would suggest additional fleece blankets in the cupboards for colder evenings and more than one towel per guest for a 2-night or longer stay. We worried about using metal utensils while cooking in the good quality non-stick pots and pans!

Great location. Stores and restaurants are literally across the road.

Noise starts early with construction across the way. The place could have used another round of vacuuming. Found long hair in the shower bathroom and the bedroom (must be of previous guest). The on suit shower drain was clogged and you could only shower for 2 mins before water goes everywhere.
